Curriculum & Assessments

Casa Creativa bilingual education is based on the elements of the Soy Bilingüe Curriculum and also The Creative Curriculum these two curriculums provide a critical foundation for successful learning, and monthly themes to support a second language. Promote the acquisition and development of vocabulary, comprehension, and expressive skills in both English and Spanish. We use real objects, gestures, songs and rhymes, sing "Head, Shoulder, Knees, and Toes" in both languages, and dedicated time to help children grow up with two languages. We work with each child individually, depending on their needs and learning styles. We use techniques and tools like 38 appropriate objectives in Development & Learning, encompassing the four main areas of development.

Casa Creativa's curriculum helps children learn trough play, promoting holistic development while having fun, and exploring the world. and structure by Age Group Example:

Areas adapted, playing and learning

At Casa Creativa, we believe that the environment is key to creating a joyful space where children can thrive in areas designed for playing and learning. It is important to provide them with educational toys that are suitable for their age, as this enhances their cognitive and motor skills development. By using age-appropriate toys, children can explore and understand the world around them in a fun and engaging way. This not only stimulates their imagination and creativity but also fosters a love for learning from an early age. Whether it’s puzzles, building blocks, or interactive games, providing children with the right toys can significantly impact their overall development. Creating an environment that encourages exploration and discovery is crucial, and educational toys play a vital role in achieving this goal.
